We had Rey install our heater as well as our a/c unit and we couldn’t be happier! Rey is a true professional and the quality of his work is excellent. Not only that, he provided us with advice on additional things we could do to make our unit more efficient. He also has answered questions I’ve texted him within minutes! I feel like now a days I have to beg contractors to get back to me but that is never the case with Rey! I would recommend him to all of my friends and family and we wouldn’t use anyone else for our future heating and air conditioning needs.

  My furnace was not working, and Ray from ep210 and his assistant were able to come to my house within less than 24 hours of my contacting them. The immediate reason my furnace was not working was a bird became trapped in and was blocking the exhaust vent. Rey thought that was the problem even before he got to my house.


But I was also having a problem with my furnace turning off and switching on again before my house reached the correct temperature. This was a problem that gotten progressively worse over time. I had two other repair people out to look at the furnace who were not able to figure it out, but Rey figured it out. He said the furnace was going turning off on limit, and he tested the furnace until he determined that the problem was likely with a component called the limit switch. He ordered a new limit switch, replaced it in a couple days, and now my furnace works fine.

I was impressed that Rey knew what he was doing, and charged a very reasonable price. I'm glad I finally called him, and he will be the first person I call again for an HVAC problem.

  Ray was really good. He came to maintenance my heating system. As he was working, he showed me everything he was doing step by step and allowed me to ask as many questions as i needed. He showed me some things that In the future I could do on my own so as I wouldn’t have to put out unnecessary money. I had a gas leak I didn’t know about and he fixed that no extra charge. I would definitely use him again
